- 2014 Women’s World Congress:
Sindhu was the youngest Speaker invited to speak at Hyderabad, India, which is the location of the 12th Women's World (WW) Congress. Hosted by the University of Hyderabad and headed by Prof Rekha Pande, the theme for this conference was "Gender in a changing world." In the hope to achieve change with varied views, experiences and sharing of women from around the globe they invited women of achievement from all over the world to speak in this five day conference and Sindhu was one amongst them. She was the youngest speaker and the only high schooler to be invited. Her topic was "Seamy side of online dating and its consequences."
- 2013-2014 California State Youth Accolades Teen Ambassadress:
Received the California Teen Ambassadress Scholarship and Title for her work and volunteering in sex trafficking and for overall academic achievements.

Awards, Honors
- The Triple Helix, Harker School Chapter Received Best Poster Award at the Cambridge University, London, at the International Triple Helix Conference in 2013 for my research paper on the social neglect of schizophrenics.
- Member of Spanish National Honor Society. She wrote articles in Spanish and designed some sections. FIrst Place winner of the 30th Annual Gustavo Adolfo Pécquer Spanish Poetry Contest.
- Head Research Officer (three years in a row) for the Future Problem Solvers Club.
- High school Head Research officer for last three years; won 1st at states and 4th at the international conferences, 9th grade, State Bowl Finalist, 11the grade.
- In recognition of exemplary college-level achievement on Advanced Placement Program Examinations
- Journalism Member, Honor Roll Society.
